Merge is looking for a driven Revenue Operations, Marketing Lead to own supporting, building, and strategizing on marketing campaign and event operations, ABM strategy and execution, lead generation and routing, and new marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has previous marketing or marketing operations experience; is confident reporting, analyzing, and delivering insights to GTM leadership; and, is comfortable with marketing systems and website operations.
What you will do:
- Building and continuously improving robust processes
- Support revenue and ABM, campaign operations, events, product marketing, SEO, email marketing, and enablement working closely with marketing team leads.
- Manage and optimize lead routing, scoring, qualification, nurture, and email marketing processes across multiple channels. Strategize around where to automate follow up and where to use warm conversion, and ensure leads end up in the correct and most effective places.
- Enable marketing and sales colleagues on tooling and process, document and communicate process changes clearly.
- Reporting, analytics, and analysis
- Lead inbound reporting and analytics initiatives, creating a single source of truth across marketing and sales data.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and retrospectives on marketing initiatives and performance. Make data-driven recommendations for pipeline generation and where to allocate investment.
- Tech stack and systems
- Own, integrate, and optimize the marketing technology stack including Hubspot, ChiliPiper, Qualified, 6Sense, Unify, Apollo, Mutiny, Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and related marketing tools.
- Website operations and site analytics
- Own website operations and site analytics with the help of our WebOps contractor - technical SEO, site speed, conversion optimization, and partner with design on creative optimizations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar GTM operations role. Previous experience working with leadership and direct involvement in driving targeting, conversion, and pipeline growth. Familiarity with campaign building, events, paid channels, ABM strategies, and running marketing experiments.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills. Track record of building scalable processes and documentation. Strong attention to detail. Ability to thoughtfully translate data into insights.
- Strong technical expertise with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred), analytics and BI tools (Domo and Salesforce), and marketing tooling listed above.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Added plus: Website operations experience. Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning.
- The cash compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.
