Position Summary:
This role is a part of the team that maintains the Facilities for all MCB locations. As a key member of the team, this role is the link for maintenance, projects, billing, and leadership. You will provide a high level of support across multiple areas, from assisting with general office service requests such as handling mail, ordering office supplies, inventory, coordination of vendor visits, and assisting with company events and facilities projects.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Determines the purpose of their visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location. Answers main phone line to direct calls appropriately.
- Handle security requests for visitors to the Bank: enters guest and contractors into the building portal to provide building access.
- Assist with coordination of special events, meetings, luncheons, and other functions
- Answer, screen, and direct calls to appropriate staff and takes messages as necessary.
- Receives and distributes incoming mail and packages to all staff.
- Arranges for shipping of Federal Express and United Parcel Service packages. Create UPS labels and affixes postage to outgoing mail. Ensures package and mail pick up by carrier.
- Manages inventory of office supplies and ordering as required, including milk and juice for the kitchens.
- Maintains in good order each day - the front desk, common areas, printer areas, conference rooms.
- Orders and maintains stock of office supplies and snacks including toners for photocopiers.
- Ensures printer rooms are fully stocked with supplies, copiers are working and fully stocked.
- Assists Facilities team with incoming work orders.
- Provides delivery and/or pick-up coordination for mail, deliveries and messengers when required
- Assists with all office seating moves
- Making reservations as needed and ordering lunch for board meetings and lunch for client meetings.
- Help guests navigate through the Bank’s offices and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
- Help the CEO with any tasks and answer his phone line as needed.
- Assist our Finance department by occasionally typing up checks to mail out
- Perform any related duties as assigned by manager.
- Inspect all office space upon arrival for any deficiencies and physically address or report to the responsible persons/groups.
- Other duties as assigned
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a corporate, business professional environment
- Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Maintain relationships with various internal/external personnel to maximize job efficiency

- Lifting up to 50 lbs. is required
Preferred knowledge, skills and experience:
- Ability to quickly learn new, specialized software; experience with Concur (A/ P software) is a plus
Potential Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 annually
This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
