We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of healthcare provider licensing, DEA registration, collaborative agreements, and compliance with federal and state regulations. This position is crucial for ensuring Midi Health a telehealth startup meets all legal and regulatory requirements while enabling the company to expand its services across various regions.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to DEA and telehealth-specific regulations, safeguarding the company against legal and financial repercussions.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamlines processes for licensing and agreements, reducing delays and enhancing scalability as the company grows.
- Risk Mitigation: Conducts audits and maintains compliance documentation to prepare for external inspections, minimizing exposure to fines or penalties.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborates across teams (legal, clinical, operations) to ensure seamless execution of licensing and compliance strategies, supporting business continuity.
- Data-Driven Insights: Tracks and evaluates compliance metrics, enabling proactive adjustments and continuous improvement in regulatory processes.
- Strategic Growth Support: Manages forecasting and resource planning for expansion initiatives, ensuring sustainable scaling of services.
Collaborative Agreements: Ensure all collaborative agreements are tracked, executed on time, and are compliant with relevant healthcare laws and state regulations.
What you will need to succeed: 🌱
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, compliance, or regulatory affairs in the healthcare or telehealth industries.
- Clinical Experience Preferred
- Strong understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations, including DEA requirements for telehealth services.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
