Senior Account Executive (Enterprise Accounts)

The successful candidate will participate in setting strategy for the end-to-end business operations in the Italian region. In this role you will have the potential to take advantage of delivering the Minitab Solutions to an established market that is ready to be leveraged. Working in a varied role via partners and direct sales, you will deliver on our value driven sales model.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 3-4 years of experience in enterprise sales in a SaaS or IT related industry
- Experience in value-based selling, managing large complex software sales cycles (6-9 months) to enterprise accounts with revenues over $1B and an average deal size of $100k+
- Highly results-driven with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and achieving 100%+ of assigned sales targets
You will be based from your home office, with all equipment provided and will have the support of an exceptional regional team, based across Southern Europe.
On an initial fixed term of 24 months via EOR, your results will secure a long-term presence in the Italian region with the opportunity to grow into a future designated Sales Manager.
