Minitab is looking for a Software Deployment Specialist to help our customers successfully implement and maximize the benefits of Minitab Connect and Real-Time SPC. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge software, leading deployment projects, and providing top-tier customer education, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Deploy and configure Minitab Connect/Real-Time SPC for customers, ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Deliver training sessions to educate users on best practices and effective utilization.
  • Support customers by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing their experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance customer success.
  • Develop and refine technical documentation, product guides, and training materials.
  • Analyze and improve deployment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or customer success (preferably for an enterprise SaaS product).
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages like MySQL, JavaScript, PHP, or experience with APIs is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites, industry events, and conferences.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English language is required, additional languages is a plus.
