Senior Account Executive

As an enterprise sales professional at Minitab, you’ll engage senior quality, operations, and digital transformation leaders on initiatives that matter at the highest level: reducing enterprise-wide variation, accelerating continuous improvement, and scaling best practices globally.
Our portfolio supports organizations at every stage of maturity—from foundational data collection to advanced solutions like statistical process control (SPC) and process digital twins that model, predict, and optimize complex manufacturing systems.
You won’t be selling one-off software licences. You’ll be building multi-year, multi-site partnerships focused on delivering measurable operational outcomes. Minitab’s 50-year reputation in manufacturing, built through the widespread adoption of our Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing solutions, opens doors across enterprise organisations. At the same time, our expanding platform creates meaningful opportunities to grow strategic relationships across the business over time.

Who are we seeking?
- You are capable of owning and growing the Japanese market for Minitab
- You are intellectually curious and seek to uncover your customer’s unique business problems that lead to a winning outcome for both Minitab and our customers
- You are passionate about delivering on your goals and objectives, winning deals and have a consistent track record of 100%+ achievement on your assigned quotas
- You are highly skilled in value based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts (1B+) over 6-9 month sales cycles
- You have mastered how to manage your time and effectively manage your territory while working collaboratively to resolve conflicts and ensure follow through to drive software license, maintenance and services revenue
