As the Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will lead our Accounts Receivable team and play a key role in managing and optimizing cash flows. You will be responsible for the entire Accounts Receivable cycle, from billing to collection, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processes across a range of entities.
Your Role :
- Supervise the daily operations of Accounts Receivable, including billing, cash receipts, and reconciliations.
- Perform revenue reconciliation in collaboration with FP&A team
- Develop strategies to optimize collection processes and reduce payment delays in collaboration with the cash manager.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on the status of Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize accounting processes.
- Manage, train, and develop the Accounts Receivable team.
Your Profile:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent command of accounting principles and experience with ERP & cash collection softwares.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
