YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a high energy, creative, team oriented Solution Engineer to join our rapidly growing Solution Engineer Team to extend our success in the EMEA region. The Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in Mirakl’s technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle.
To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
You will:
- Understand the client needs and position Mirakl’s products as the optimal solution.
- Craft and deliver tailored demos that highlight our technology's capabilities.
- Work with AI technologies to support solution integration.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our software, networking, and security infrastructure.
- Engage in continuous learning through product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
- Effectively address and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or IT consultancy, ideally within software or management consulting.
- Strong client-facing capabilities with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Adaptable and quick to grasp new tools, environments, and processes.
- Demonstrated success in identifying customer needs and aligning them with Mirakl’s solutions.
- Confident in communicating solution value across a range of industries and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace models is a plus.
