About the Team

Strategy & Operations is a small, high-leverage team sitting at the center of the company, led by the VP of Strategy & Operations and reporting directly to the CEO. We own the operating rhythm that keeps the business aligned — including company-wide planning, OKRs, and goal-setting processes — and we take on the cross-functional initiatives and special projects that are too strategic or too sprawling to live cleanly within any single function. We're a team that gets called in when something important needs to get done and it's not obvious who should own it. We're early in building out this function, which means there's a real opportunity to shape how we operate and what we take on as the company scales. We're also deliberate about building this team differently — we expect everyone in S&O to use AI as a daily tool for analysis, modeling, and communication, and to help us discover where it can fundamentally change how a lean team operates at scale.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to sit within our Strategy & Operations org and drive some of the most complex, cross-functional programs at the company. This isn't a traditional engineering TPM role — it's for someone who can operate at the intersection of business strategy and systems execution, partnering with leaders across Revenue, Finance, Product, and Engineering to turn messy, org-spanning problems into well-run programs with clear outcomes.

You'll own a portfolio of high-priority initiatives across the business — including revenue operations, EPD process improvements, operational tooling, and strategic programs that don't have a natural home but need an experienced operator to drive them.

If you thrive in ambiguity, are energized by bringing order to complex systems, know how to get things done across organizational boundaries without formal authority, and are actively using AI to work faster and smarter — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Revenue Operations & Business Systems

  • Lead end-to-end programs across revenue operations — spanning areas like pricing, quoting, and billing systems — defining scope, sequencing workstreams, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving initiatives from discovery through rollout and adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to align on requirements, surface trade-offs, and keep complex programs moving through inevitable friction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our revenue processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and work with stakeholders to design and execute against a better future state.
  • Oversee vendor evaluations, systems integrations, and rollout planning in coordination with Business Technology and Engineering teams.

Cross-Functional Program Leadership

  • Serve as the Strategy & Operations org's embedded program driver for strategic initiatives that span EPD, GTM, and business operations — including process redesigns, tooling rollouts, and organizational change programs.
  • Build and maintain program infrastructure: charters, RACI frameworks, status reporting, risk registers, and executive communication cadences.
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies across programs and resolve them — or escalate with clear recommendations — before they become blockers.
  • Define success metrics for each program and report transparently on progress, health, and business impact to senior leadership.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify patterns across programs and build repeatable frameworks that improve how the company runs cross-functional initiatives over time.
  • Act as a thought partner to functional leaders on prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of strategic initiatives.
  • Champion change management, ensuring that teams most affected by program outcomes are engaged, prepared, and set up for adoption success.
  • Actively leverage AI tools to work faster and more effectively — synthesizing information, drafting communications, identifying patterns, and finding leverage across your programs. We use AI daily and intensively, and expect everyone on the team to do the same.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

Experience

  • 7+ years in technical program management, strategy & operations, or business systems, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business systems programs — CPQ, ERP, CRM, billing, or similar — with multiple stakeholder groups and significant organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS revenue model: how deals are structured, how pricing and packaging decisions flow into systems, and how RevOps supports the business.
  • Track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional programs to successful outcomes without relying on formal authority.
  • Experience working closely with EPD teams — comfortable enough with how software gets built to engage credibly, ask the right questions, and translate between business and technical teams.

Skills

  • Exceptional communicator and facilitator — able to run executive alignment meetings, write crisp program updates, and adapt your style for a CFO or a product engineer.
  • Systems thinker who can understand how tools and processes connect across a business, identify root causes, and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to hold many workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the strategic picture.
  • Strong at building trust and relationships quickly across functions, seniority levels, and working styles.
  • Data-driven — comfortable defining KPIs, digging into operational data, and using metrics to drive decisions and demonstrate program impact.
  • Genuinely curious about AI tools and how they apply to strategic and analytical work — you're already using them regularly and can point to specific ways they've changed how you operate, not just speed things up.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, DealHub, Zuora).
  • Familiarity with AI tools that support business operations or process automation.
  • Experience in a BizOps, StratOps, or management consulting role prior to program management.
  • Exposure to EPD planning processes: roadmap planning, sprint cadences, release management.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
