The Growth Marketing Manager will report to the VP of eCommerce. 

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth.  This position will be critical in implementing digital marketing strategies and accelerating the growth of our customer base. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.  The Growth Marketing Manager will be based in the Dallas Corporate Office and report to the VP of Ecommerce.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be the liaison between external agency teams and the internal Mizzen+Main team to help drive new customer acquisition.
  • Partner with internal Marketing teams to ensure larger company marketing efforts are coming to fruition in all paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.) and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop a digital marketing approach that is omnichannel in nature to support Ecomm, Retail, and Wholesale channels. 
  • Drive efficient, first order profitable, new customer acquisition cost (CAC) across paid channels while also achieving revenue goals.
  • Regularly report on marketing performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Use data and learnings from campaigns to inform future strategies and improve decision-making across the marketing team.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and results.
  • Monitor performance utilizing platform data, GA4, attribution tool, and proprietary agency tools to ensure goals are being met and adjust accordingly.
  • Work with finance to forecast key metrics such as spend, revenue, ROAS, traffic, and CAC across paid channels.
  • Seek to find and evaluate new channel opportunities that align with the brand and core customer. 
  • Stay close to industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously innovate and improve strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and growth roles.
  • Experience growing brand awareness for an apparel brand. Experience in men’s apparel is a plus. 
  • Natural curiosity to dig into the business and the ability to pivot strategy quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand how performance marketing impacts the business as a whole.
  • Has a track record of growing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners holding them accountable to business objectives.
  • Built and implemented a strong A/B testing strategy and roadmap. 
  • Base knowledge of on-site tracking and how to partner effectively with site and ecommerce teams to measure objectives.
  • Experience using an attribution tool (ideally Northbeam). 
  • Utilizing audiences/segments from a CDP to find efficiency gains.
