Forklift Operator

$18 - $22 per hour
Full-time / Onsite / Overnight (10pm - 6am) or Weekends

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in Kirkland, WA. This role is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely packaging and shipping of prescriptions to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment and be comfortable working overnight or weekend shifts. 

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including daily inspection to ensure proper working condition.
• Prepare packaging materials for shipping Mochi Health prescriptions.
• Assemble supply bags and boxes, ensuring proper inserts are included.
• Unpack and organize insulate flasks within prescription packaging.
• Receive, unload, and sort incoming packaging shipments.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Who You Are

• Physically capable of standing for long periods and working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs safely and effectively.
• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation for a consistent 8-hour shift.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is a requirement.
• Pharmacy Assistant certification or experience in pharmaceutical packaging is a plus but not required.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, in addition to upside potential, and benefits. The pay range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire compensation across all locations. Actual pay within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
