About The Role
The Recruiter for Pharmacy Roles will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various pharmacy positions. This hybrid role will involve a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connections with our team and candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of pharmacy roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top pharmacy talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in pharmacy recruitment.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or startup environment, with a preference for experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
- Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
- Highly organized but adaptable, capable of balancing multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
