Platform Operations & Experience Director
$250,000 - $325,000
Full-time / Onsite
About The Role
We’re looking for a highly technical, independently driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our Clinical Operations team as Platform Operations & Experience Director. You’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of care delivery, engineering, and product—building systems that enable providers to thrive and patients to receive better outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Data, and Care teams to improve provider experience, drive performance, and design a seamless, tech-enabled onboarding process. You’ll spend ~70% of your time as an individual contributor, and ~30% managing cross-functional projects and/or direct reports.
What You’ll Do
- Build and implement infrastructure that improves the overall experience—including onboarding, portal usage, EMR integrations, and ongoing support
-
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to create intelligent tools that streamline workflows and improve patient outcomes
-
Use SQL/Python to analyze provider performance data, identify friction points, and surface opportunities for optimization
-
Design and manage onboarding flows to ensure everyone is fully supported, technically trained, and set up for success
-
Maintain close collaboration with Product, Care, and Engineering to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Strong technical skills: advanced in SQL and Python, able to collaborate with engineers and understand system architecture
- Experience with provider-facing EMRs, clinical portals, or healthcare tech infrastructure
- Skilled at breaking down complex workflows and designing systems that scale
- Comfortable working directly with providers to understand pain points and design better solutions
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the bigger picture, while executing at the detail level
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable being in-office full-time in our downtown San Francisco HQ
