The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Partner Manager to join our team. This role is at the intersection of customer success, product expertise, and revenue growth. As a trusted partner to our clients, you will build strong relationships, ensure customers derive maximum value from our solutions, and drive expansion opportunities. This role requires exceptional communication, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to contribute to our team culture and business success.
The Opportunity:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
- Manage customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
- Build trusted relationships with curiosity, proactive value, and a human touch.
- Adhere to timelines and goals while effectively communicating progress to all stakeholders.
- Prioritize work across accounts to deliver timely, responsive, and thoughtful service.
Maximize Product Utilization and Client Success
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Moloco’s products and the industry to guide client conversations and education.
- Oversee day-to-day account activities, including campaign setup and generating performance reports.
- Proactively monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization, experimentation, and expansion.
- Use data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Moloco Cloud Platform, Looker) to provide benchmarks, analysis, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and improve client satisfaction.
Drive Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell products, expanding customer revenue.
- Balance short-term and long-term revenue opportunities with a strategic mindset.
- Use storytelling and data-driven analysis to influence stakeholders and drive revenue growth.
- Ask critical questions to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and align Moloco solutions to client needs.
Enhance Internal Processes and Product Development
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency, scaling solutions for broader impact.
- Provide actionable market feedback to internal teams, driving product enhancements.
- Build credibility as a partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Data Science, Product, and Engineering.
Foster a High-Performance Team Culture
- Demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability, contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Persistently solve problems with positivity, grit, and a growth mindset.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- 3-5 years of Supply Partnerships or Publisher/Developer Relations experience, preferably within the mobile or programmatic advertising industry
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field in a tech or digital environment.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
- Strong knowledge of advertising, digital media, or technology platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
- Evidence of a growth mindset, with the ability to adapt, learn, and contribute to team success.
Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range:
$144,000 - $216,000 USD
