The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Moloco is currently looking for a Senior Manager Finance to join our collaborative team. This position reports to the Head of FP&A and will have an active role in the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. 

The role will also be highly embedded within a high-growth business unit, where the candidate will partner closely with the GM and cross-functional Product, Engineering, Sales and Strategic Growth team. The objective is to convert data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable financial outcomes. The role will play a central role in defining and tracking the KPIs that matter, supporting pricing and investment decisions, and shaping the business’s growth trajectory with operational and financial precision.

The Opportunity:

  • Finance Business Partnership: Serve as the GM’s lead finance partner—own planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the business unit. 
  • KPI Development & Tracking: Define and operationalize financial and operational KPIs aligned with growth, efficiency, and margin goals.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide insights on resource allocation, pricing, and customer economics; evaluate investment ROI and long-term value drivers.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Lead the annual plan and long-range modeling; partner with Accounting on close processes and Analytics on dashboarding.
  • Executive Communications: Craft clear, data-driven narratives for executive and board-level materials to inform strategic decisions.
  • Operational Rigor: Ensure budget discipline, accuracy in spend tracking, and alignment with internal controls and compliance.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • Advanced degrees or certifications preferred (CPA, CFA, MBA)
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in FP&A, business operations, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical role; Experience in SaaS/AdTech experience a plus 
  • Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence decisions through concise, data-driven storytelling
  • Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity; ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
  • Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel, must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite is preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:

$165,600 - $248,400 USD
