The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization is the strategic engine that drives the company’s commercial success. The team is responsible for defining, designing, and executing our global commercial strategy—segmenting opportunities, driving sales execution, and enabling revenue acceleration. Our team members bring deep experience from leading consulting firms, global tech companies, and mobile ad disruptors. Within GTM, the Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team serves as the connective tissue between Moloco’s commercial and product organizations. We are the market-facing product champions—deeply embedded with Sales and our strategic customers across regions. We surface market needs, identify commercial opportunities, and help shape product direction, ensuring our offerings resonate and succeed globally.
We’re looking for a seasoned, visionary leader to head our APAC Product Strategy & Operations team. This is a critical leadership role with significant visibility and autonomy. APAC is one of Moloco’s most strategically complex and high-potential regions—and you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our success here.
As the most senior PSO leader in-region, you’ll drive local execution of the global PSO vision, empower and grow your team, and serve as a strategic voice across Sales, Product, and Customer teams. You’ll be responsible for understanding and influencing product-market fit, surfacing regional insights, and ensuring strong alignment between business needs and our product roadmap. You’ll also be expected to operate independently, given limited timezone overlap with the Global Head of PSO (US-based).
What you’ll be working on:
- Lead and Scale: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Regional Product Leads across key APAC markets. Operate with autonomy and confidence, navigating ambiguity, making decisions, and driving outcomes across teams and time zones. Serve as a trusted partner to APAC Sales and regional leadership, collaborating to unlock revenue opportunities through product and strategy excellence.
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and execute regional product strategies in alignment with global priorities while tailoring to local market dynamics. Design and deploy scalable tools, processes, and enablement strategies that accelerate adoption and commercial impact of our products.
- Be the Market Voice: Collect and synthesize Voice of the Customer and Sales feedback into actionable insights that influence product development and go-to-market motions. Translate complex market patterns into compelling business cases and data-driven recommendations for both near-term wins and long-term growth.
What you need to succeed:
- 10+ years of of Strategy Consulting or Product Activation/Marketing/Management experience
- 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of building, growing and inspiring high performing teams that drive impact felt in the market
- 5+ years in the Mobile Advertising Industry and a deep familiarity with APAC market dynamics
- A strong ability to synthesize compelling solutions that result in xFunctional consensus from disparate data points and then work with stakeholders to deliver tangible results from those solutions.
- Balance advocating for unique regional needs while also being able to connect global initiatives to local markets productively based on regional nuances
- Demonstrated capability of implementing operational rigor with an eye toward not letting procedure get in the way of impact.
- Experience working with, supporting, and teaching customers
- Comfortable communicating complex and lightly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize well in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment
- Business Proficiency in either Korean or Chinese (bonus points for both) and English
