The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

• We're searching for a Machine Learning Expert to join our recruiting team. You'll be working with key stakeholders to identify strong machine learning engineers across all lines of business.

The Opportunity:

• Join our recruiting team to bring in high impact machine learning engineers who will shape the future of the company. You'll be working on roles for our Demand Side Platform, Moloco Commerce Media, and Moloco Streaming Monetization product lines. You will identify, attract, and hire top AI and ML talent by partnering with hiring managers to understand technical roles, crafting compelling job descriptions, and using strategic sourcing techniques across specialized platforms and networks to engage with and bring in top talent. 

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• • 5-7 years of full cycle recruitment experience from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • 4+ years of focused Machine Learning recruitment
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber ML talent to efficiently meet current and future hiring demands
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to track hiring efficiency and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals
  • Awareness of advancements in AI, machine learning, generative AI, and related fields such as data analytics and data engineering
  • Proficiency in using various online platforms and professional networks to identify and engage with top AI and ML professionals
