A Day in the Life: 

As a Field Execution Representative at Monster Energy, you'll unleash your passion and drive to conquer sales distribution goals. You'll use your dynamic energy to expand our presence in retail outlets and boosting points of interruption. You'll also ensure that every executional element in our company/distributor commercial plans is flawlessly executed, making our brand stand out. With your enthusiasm for merchandising and eye for detail, you will invigorate product displays in cold vaults and coolers, creating eye-catching arrangements that capture attention. Your contribution will be vital in driving our brand's success and making a lasting impact in the market. 

The Impact You'll Make: 

  • Create route-level relationships and fuel your connections with store managers, transforming each interaction into a powerful alliance that drives our brand's success on your specific route. 
  • Amp Up the Merchandising: Charge up product displays in the cold vault and coolers with dynamic arrangements that captivate and entice customers, making Monster Energy the go-to choice. 
  • Take Up Cold Space: Unleash your creativity to maximize cold space in all accounts, ensuring Monster Energy dominates the shelves and stays refreshingly cool. 
  • Strategic POS Management: Successfully manage and place point-of-sale materials both inside and outside accounts, amplifying our brand's visibility and impact. 
  • Preserve Company Assets: Demonstrate responsibility by carefully maintaining program materials and company assets, ensuring they remain in pristine condition. 
  • Stay On Time and On Brand:  Exemplify punctuality and reliability by adhering to your shift schedule and maintaining our brand's image through proper attire. 
  • Professional Power:  Engage with customers and internal team members with exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach that reflects the vibrant energy of Monster. 

Who You Are: 

  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in the field of --Business, Marketing, or related field of study 
  • Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales 
  • Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer facing role 
  • Preferred Certifications: Must have a clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age or older 

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$19 - $26 CAD
