A day in the life:
In the position of OCM Lead, you will be responsible for driving adoption across the enterprise transformation program. Work closely with vendor-side Organization Change Management (OCM) leads to execute the change strategy and ensure alignment with business priorities. Lead key stakeholder and leadership engagement, proactively manages resistance, and serves as the OCM spokesperson in transformation workshops and forums. With a strong understanding of the end-to-end transformation program and impacted processes and stakeholders, the Change Management Lead ensures change activities are practical, targeted, and effectively embedded across the organization.
The impact you'll make:
- Partner with vendor-side OCM leads to translate the change strategy into executable plans and deliver agreed change management activities.
- Lead stakeholder and leadership engagement across the transformation, including senior leaders, functional leads, and impacted user groups.
- Actively identify, assess, and manage resistance, escalating risks and recommending mitigation actions as needed.
- Serve as the OCM spokesperson in transformation workshops, design sessions, townhalls, and leadership forums.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end transformation program, including scope, milestones, impacted processes, roles, and stakeholder groups.
- Ensure consistency of change messaging and approach across workstreams and initiatives.
- Lead and manage OCM workstreams such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness inputs, and adoption planning.
- Work closely with functional leads (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, IT) to align change activities with business priorities.
- Track and report on change risks, engagement progress, and adoption indicators to the program leadership.
- Remain hands-on in the execution of change activities, supporting delivery through the design, build, test, training,
cutover, and hyper care phases
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in change management, transformation, or related roles (client-side preferred).
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Computer Skills Desired: Experience working on enterprise-wide digital or ERP transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, IBP, Ariba, TM, or similar).
- Preferred Certifications: Relevant certifications (Prosci, ACMP) are a plus
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience working in a matrixed, multi-vendor program environment. Strong experience in organizational change management within large-scale transformation or ERP
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$86,250 - $115,000 USD
