A Day in the Life:
As the Director of Software Delivery Assurance, you will lead an integrated capability responsible for business analysis, quality engineering, and release readiness across enterprise technology initiatives. Lead a cross-functional team, quality and release coordination resources to ensure initiatives progress from clearly defined requirements through testing, quality assurance, and successful delivery. Ensure solutions are well-defined, thoroughly tested, operationally ready, and successfully deployed for use by the business.
The Impact You'll Make:
Business Analysis & Change Enablement Leadership:
- Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts embedded within project teams.
- Establish and maintain standards for requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability.
- Ensure requirements include clear acceptance criteria and support downstream testing. Maintain requirement-to-test traceability across initiatives.
Integrate Organizational Change Management (OCM) considerations into the analysis process, and communicate those to the Project Management team to ensure proper project delivery:
- Identify business process changes resulting from new technology solutions; conduct stakeholder and organizational impact assessments during solution design; support development of communications, training, and adoption strategies; ensure user-facing documentation and training materials reflect approved processes.
- Partner with Delivery leadership to ensure BSA engagement early in the project lifecycle.
Quality Engineering & Testing Center of Excellence:
- Define and implement a unified enterprise testing framework.
- Establish testing standards, templates, and quality gates aligned with IT PMO governance.
- Define entry and exit criteria for system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) readiness.
- Develop enterprise quality assurance key project indicators (QA KPIs) including defect leakage, automation coverage, test cycle efficiency, and release stability.
- Implement test automation strategies across major platforms as ready and appropriate.
- Establish regression testing frameworks and cross-application test orchestration.
- Partner with Infrastructure and Architecture on test environment and test data governance.
- Evaluate and manage testing tools and automation platforms. Promote shift-left quality practices across the delivery lifecycle.
Release Management & Deployment Readiness:
- Establish standardized release readiness frameworks and checklists.
- Coordinate release planning across projects and enterprise platforms.
- Facilitate cross-team release readiness reviews.
- Ensure completion of testing, UAT validation, documentation, and user readiness prior to production deployment.
- Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure release plans align with project schedules.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- More than 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or enterprise delivery functions.
- More than 5 years of experience in leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, or similar).
- Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience within consumer goods, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with SOX-controlled systems and audit requirements.
- Experience integrating business analysis, testing, and organizational readiness practices.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$152,250 - $203,000 USD
