Product Master Attributes Specialist
A Day in the Life:
In the position of Product Master Attributes Specialist, you will be responsible for governing and maintaining a defined set of critical Product Master attributes that drive organizational alignment, reporting, and downstream operational workflows. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of these attributes across SAP S/4, master data governance (MDG) workflows, and connected downstream systems.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Execute day-to-day updates for assigned Product Master attributes (profit center, cost center, brand attributes, reporting alignment fields) according to defined standards and workflows.
- Validate requests for completeness and accuracy; coordinate with business requestors to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
- Support Product Master creation and change workflows by ensuring attribute correctness prior to approval and publication.
- Perform quality checks and reconciliation activities to identify mismatches, missing values, or inconsistent usage.
- Assist with defect remediation and participate in root cause analysis efforts led by the Attributes Lead and/or Data Quality.
- Maintain documentation of recurring issues, exceptions, and resolution steps.
- Support testing and validation of new rules or process changes related to assigned attributes.
- Provide backup coverage for the Attributes Lead and ensure continuity during absences.
- Partner closely with Product Master Operations, Finance/Controlling, Commercial teams, and Data Quality (DQ) to prevent defects and ensure product data readiness.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in master data operations, data administration, or
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data support.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data profiling, data validation, root cause analysis, and quality improvement
- Computer Skills Desired: Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and/or data workflow tools.
- Experience working in an SAP S/4 and/or MDG environment.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$73,500 - $98,000 USD
