A Day in the Life:

As a Regional Account Manager (RAM) for the Convenience Retail channel, you will fuel Monster's growth by building powerful customer partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and driving best-in-class execution across assigned accounts. Acting as the strategic lead for your territory, you'll champion national and regional initiatives, accelerate distribution, maximize shelf and cold space, and deliver winning results at retail. Through data-driven insights, relentless execution, and a challenger mindset, you'll help strengthen Monster's market leadership and continue our dominance within the energy category.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Own and accelerate business performance across assigned Convenience Retail accounts by identifying and executing growth opportunities that drive distribution, visibility, velocity, and category leadership. Align account strategies with national and regional priorities to maximize Monster's impact across merchandising, promotions, innovation, and category initiatives.
  • Build influential, long-term customer partnerships that drive collaboration, unlock new opportunities, and strengthen Monster's position as the category leader.
  • Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, POS data, and syndicated reporting to uncover trends, identify gaps, and develop strategic recommendations that fuel growth.
  • Lead annual and ongoing customer planning processes, including promotional strategy, trade investment alignment, and activity calendar development.
  • Ensure flawless execution of customer programs, retail activations, and operational standards while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering results.
  • Translate Nielsen/IRI, inventory, and sales data into actionable insights that shape customer conversations, optimize performance, and support fact-based decision making. Drive accurate forecasting and demand planning to support seamless execution, maximize in-stock conditions, and minimize service disruptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain partners to develop and execute integrated business plans that deliver against key objectives.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment by effectively balancing customer needs, strategic initiatives, and internal priorities. Solve challenges with urgency, creativity, and a customer-first mindset while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7 years + of experience in sales, retail, broker, or distributor environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with CRM or sales analytics tools preferred. Working knowledge of Nielsen/IRI, POS reporting, and forecasting tools
  • Commercially minded and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and build lasting customer relationships
  • Self-starter who thrives in a culture of autonomy, innovation, and high performance
  • Demonstrates the ability to fully engage, interpret, and understand the comments and questions of others. Focuses on how effectively an individual truly hears and comprehends what is being communicated
  • Displays a commitment to serving both internal and external customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and building trust. Emphasizes the ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$59,400 - $79,200 USD
