⭐Our Customer Operations hiring team
We’re a large team that look after a large business remit hiring and onboarding teams within Customer Operations, Financial Crime, Fraud and Disputes. We hire those on the Customer Service front line, their support teams as well as their Senior Leaders.
🔑You’ll play a key role by…
- Being the go-to person for leading hiring and talent attraction in your area.
- Being a hands-on manager who supports, coaches, and inspires a small squad of Recruiters while still handling a few vacancies at a time yourself.
- Working closely with Workforce Management and Capacity Planning to define hiring needs and targets for your team.
- Assigning roles to be worked by your team based upon what's the highest priority for our Customer Operations teams.
- Collaborating with Directors and Senior Managers to shape strategy, requirements, workforce and succession plans.
- Working with the Customer Operations Hiring Lead to define and deliver against team goals.
- Always seeking ways to enhance candidate quality and improve Customer Operations processes.
- Designing, facilitating and implementing inclusive hiring processes.
- Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with competitor trends and market insights.
🤩 We’d love to hear from you if…
- You've got significant experience as an in-house Hiring Team Leader or similar role, for a large Fintech, Banking or Technology company - this is essential!
- You're an expert at hiring for Customer Operations teams (e.g Customer Care, Operations, Financial Crime, Fraud, Card Payment Disputes, Learning & Change)
- You’ve managed hiring teams across different locations or dynamic setups (a mix of onsite and remote in the UK).
- You're adept at recruiting for everything from high-volume frontline positions to Senior Manager and Director-level talent.
- You're a pro at sourcing candidates through a variety of channels and techniques.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders is second nature to you.
- You're passionate about inclusiveness and diversity in hiring and dedicated to crafting stellar candidate experiences.

📍This role can be based in our London or Cardiff office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)
