The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST. This position requires full weekend availability.

Compensation
  • $18.00 per hour
     
  • $250 Sign-On Bonus eligible after 90 days of employment

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients reaching out during challenging and often traumatic situations — your presence and compassion set the tone for their entire experience with our firm
     
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to determine how Morgan & Morgan can best serve them
  • Accurately collect and input case information into our systems with speed and precision
  • Schedule follow up appointments and callbacks for potential clients
  • Guide potential clients through the process of retaining our firm's services by clearly explaining next steps and obtaining signed retainer agreements
     
  • Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism, patience, and genuine care
  • Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and focus

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required — college experience preferred
     
  • Prior customer service, healthcare, legal, or social services experience is a plus
     
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM with strong written communication skills
