About the role:
We’re looking for a Recruiting Lead to help scale our team during a pivotal moment in Mutiny’s growth. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and GTM roles, playing a critical role in building the team that builds the company. From sourcing to closing, you’ll run point on bringing in exceptional talent and help create a standout candidate experience along the way.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Operations and collaborate closely with hiring managers, founders, and interviewers across the company. You’ll also support People Ops on occasion, pitching in on initiatives that help us build a world-class team and culture.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build the recruiting function from the ground up, partner deeply with leadership, and have a big impact on the company’s trajectory.
Here are some things you’ll do in the next 18 months:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical (engineering, AI/ML) and GTM (sales, marketing, customer success) roles
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, define sourcing strategies, and create thoughtful interview processes
- Source passive candidates using a mix of outbound tools and creative tactics
- Lead candidate communications and coordination throughout the hiring funnel
- Drive offer strategy and closing, including compensation benchmarking and negotiations
- Track and report key hiring metrics to ensure we’re operating efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience efforts
What you bring:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in early-stage, high-growth startups
- Experience recruiting for both technical and GTM roles
- Excitement for owning the process end-to-end, from initial outreach to signed offer
- A proactive, scrappy and can-do mindset. You are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
- Clear communication style that transfers well between candidates and internal teams
- Experience scaling a hiring system from a few hires a quarter to a dozen a quarter.

- Round 1: Phone Screen with the Hiring Manager (15 minutes)
- Round 2: Deep Dive with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
- Round 3: 3 interviews with others on the team (30 min each)
- Round 4: Final presentation (45 min)

Compensation:
Mutiny is proud to offer a competitive compensation package to all full-time employees, including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated salary for this role for US-based employees is $120,000-140,000, dependent on experience.
These ranges may be modified in the future.
