Account Executive

New York City

Company Overview

Most marketing teams can’t play a meaningful role in breaking through to target accounts because the 1:1 marketing strategies that work don’t scale, and what scales doesn’t work.

Mutiny helps B2B companies generate pipeline and revenue from their target accounts through AI-powered personalized experiences, 1:1 microsites, and account intelligence.

Our customers are some of the fastest growing companies in the B2B space including Snowflake, 6sense, Writer, Segment, and Qualtrics. We are backed by Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global, Insight Partners, and Y Combinator.

About the role:

We are looking to add an experienced Enterprise AE to our current high-performing team. You will be taking deals from discovery to closed won. Our sales process has been firmly validated and is highly efficient. Much of your pipeline will come inbound and combined with some high-quality outbound you will be able to exceed your target (you will use the Mutiny product to help with this).

You will be working with B2B revenue marketers to educate them on 1x1 ABM personalization, support them through their evaluation, and to help them buy a world-class product.

Here are some things you’ll do in the next 18 months:

  • Own the most important metric in the business: net-new revenue
  • Work closely with our Head of Sales and CEO to scale up our sales process
  • Conduct insightful discovery calls to identify and address potential customers' business challenges and goals.
  • Showcase deep knowledge of Mutiny products and their industry positioning to assist customers in evaluating our solutions.
  • Our lead generation has historically been inbound heavy with highly personalized outbound campaigns for target accounts. You’ll have an unfair advantage for prospecting as you’ll be using the Mutiny product.
  • Keep your deals updated in the CRM for weekly pipeline reviews and to prepare hand-off notes to the CX team.
  • Be a company and brand advocate: our customers love us and the sales process (yes, we receive compliments on the sales process)
  • Support the CX, product, and engineering teams as you receive feedback from prospects to align with product strategy and direction
  • Work with our awesome technology and agency partners on joint deals for win-win outcomes
  • We have a robust tech stack so you'll have all the resources and support you'll need

What you bring:

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of closing in B2B SaaS and ideally mid-market/enterprise segments
  • Consistently hits or is above quota
  • Naturally persuasive, curious, and personable with excellent discovery and closing skills.
  • Relentless about hitting goals. If one path fails, can quickly find another path.
  • Strong written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills.
  • Someone who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A big plus for experience working at a high growth startup (series A-D).
  • An exceptionally high performance bar for oneself and everyone on the team. Unafraid to communicate what’s working and what needs to change.
  • A kind human who wants to build an extraordinary product, culture, brand and customer experience.
  • You are based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City

What you’ll get out of it:

  • You will create a name for yourself by getting to work with and support some of the fastest growing companies in B2B SaaS.
  • You will get exposure to real business problems every company faces (growth) that you can take with you to start your own company (or to help scale another).
  • You will have fun, plain and simple. There is a reason our first company value is that work should feel like play.
  • You will play an integral role building up our in-person office culture in our brand new New York City office.

Our values:

These values define how we approach our work every single day:

😜 Work should feel like play 🏃 Faster always wins 🍯 Stir the pot, regularly 👀 Do the right thing when no one’s watching 🛥️ All hands on deck 🌎 Live in the world you want to change

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
