Associate - Key Account Management

M1 Level : Associate

Key Responsibilities:
 Monitor key performance indicators and platform metrics to detect
anomalies and trends that may indicate problems
 Conduct thorough analysis of brand performance data to identify potential
issues impacting growth
 Develop and implement strategies to address identified brand problem
areas, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable plans that
address brand challenges and drive improvement
 Work closely with account management, sales, and operations teams to
ensure cohesive brand messaging and problem resolution
 Prepare detailed reports on findings, outcomes, and platform performance
metrics
 Regularly review and refine problem-solving processes to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements
 Tier 1 BTech
 0-2 years of work experience in ad Tech space, Digital marketing
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex issues
 Excellent Cross Functional collaboration & ability to work independently
 Strong problem-solving skills 
 Logical reasoning
 Proficiency in MS Excel, basic knowledge of Python
