Internship Duration: 6 months. After the initial 6 months, a performance evaluation will be conducted. If successful, the candidate may proceed to a 2-month probation period before being considered for a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT team in supporting internal end-users (IT Helpdesk).
- Support the setup of equipment for new employees: laptops, monitors, meeting room devices (Zoom, LCD, etc.).
- Record, handle, and track support requests related to hardware, internal network, and basic software.
- Install software and perform basic security checks on user devices under guidance.
- Support internal IT projects such as periodic inventory, and documentation updates.
Requirements:
- Final-year student awaiting graduation or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or Networking.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, LAN/WiFi networks, and macOS/Windows OS is preferred.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and responsibility.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability for full-time internship or at least 4 days/week.
- English: Able to read technical documents and good communication is preferred.
