About the project 
 
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the platform, ensure data integrity, and support end users. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
Gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce. 
Estimate project timelines, budget, and plan implementations according to client specifications. 
Ensure data quality by setting up validation rules, mandatory fields, and using tools to maintain data integrity. 
Configure Salesforce solutions, including customization to fit the specific needs of the organization. 
Lead the development of complex solutions using Salesforce best practices. 
Conduct component design and oversee key development objectives. 
Validate the system’s security model and address potential vulnerabilities. 
Train end users through workshops to facilitate tool adoption. 
Own the completion of objectives and key results (OKRs) for the Development Standards team. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
5+ Years of experience working in business analysis and technical implementation within Salesforce. 
4+ Years of experience working in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and user experience development. 
3+ Years of experience working with DevOps methodologies. 
Strong understanding of data management, database concepts, and system performance. 
Ability to design and implement secure solutions adhering to best practices. 
Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions to guide and implement best practices effectively. 
In-depth knowledge of various Salesforce product lines, owning the process of distilling requirements and user stories related to each product. 
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies. 
Strong expertise in ensuring code quality through best practices such as code reviews, CI/CD, and test-driven development. 
Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
