Who we are

Neros is transforming a defense industry mired in costly, behemoth machinery—to circumvent a looming vulnerability gap, to give dismounted soldiers a fighting chance against tanks, and ultimately, to get as many humans off the battlefield as possible.

While consumer technology is evolving by bounds on the smaller-cheaper-better path, U.S. defense technology wallows in the large, centralized, and wildly expensive paradigm. Our air, land, and sea machinery budget is staggering; yet these large assets can still be vulnerable to very small weapons. When swarm technology comes into its own, the asymmetry will escalate. Nowhere is the pattern more glaring than in small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS)—drones. 

Who you are

As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future. The Demonstration Lead you will be responsible for identifying, planning all logistics for, and attending key UAS demonstrations around the U.S and world. 

Other responsibilities include:

• Deploying to and representing Neros at trade shows, demonstrations, and expos around the world.
• Collaborating with the Growth team to develop the exhibition strategy and design, creating detailed staff schedules and training plans for booth personnel.
• Coordinating logistics, including shipping and delivery to the venue, booth setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are installed correctly.
• Monitoring attendee flow, engage with potential customers, and address inquiries.
• Managing lead capture process, ensuring accurate data collection and follow-up.
• Gathering post-event data, including attendee feedback and sales leads.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implement changes for future exhibitions.

You should have the following:

• Prior military experience
• A passion for drones and knowledge of the UAS industry.
• Ability to travel extensively in the US and around the world.
• A motivated, self-starter
• People person
