You will own our organic social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, X, and emerging communities and channels, while building thought leadership programs that elevate NetDocuments’ leaders and subject matter experts in the industry.

You’ll work across Product Marketing, Public Relations, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Executive Leadership to turn company strategy, customer success stories, industry insights, and product innovation into content that moves the market.

This is an ideal role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong editorial instincts and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute.

What Your Contributions Will Be

  • Own NetDocuments’ social media strategy, editorial calendar, and execution across all corporate channels.
  • Build and scale executive and subject matter expert thought leadership programs, helping leaders share their expertise, perspectives, and industry insights with legal and technology audiences in every vertical we serve.
  • Establish the KPIs, reporting framework, and measurement strategy that connect social media efforts to brand awareness, influence, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Grow NetDocuments' audience, share of voice, and industry influence while driving engagement with legal professionals and technology decision-makers.
  • Identify and capitalize on industry conversations, market trends, product launches, customer stories, and cultural moments that strengthen NetDocuments' position as a category leader.
  • Own social governance, including employee advocacy guidelines, social media policy, profile best practices, and evaluation of advocacy tools.
  • Actively engage with communities where legal and technology professionals gather, fostering relationships and building credibility for the NetDocuments brand.
  • Capture original content on-site at events, customer visits, and consumer interviews.
  • Serve as the editorial pulse of the company; bringing speed, judgment, and creativity to how NetDocuments shows up in the market every day.
  • Create scalable programs that bring executive and SME expertise to life through LinkedIn Live, short-form video, podcasts, webinars, customer interviews, and other emerging content formats.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% as needed
  • Own and execute the organic social media strategy, including promotion of reports, campaigns, and thought leadership content, while partnering with demand generation teams to align organic and paid social efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging organic social media as a demand generation channel to drive audience growth, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of generating and measuring social-sourced leads, opportunities, and pipeline contribution.

What You'll Bring to The Team

  • 6+ years of B2B social media experience, with demonstrated ownership of both organic and paid social programs.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice, tone, and message for various audiences.
  • Writing/journalism/editorial - stay on top of pulse of things; work at pace and precision and ownership.
  • Proven success growing executive, thought leadership, or corporate brands on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, setting targets, and communicating performance insights to stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex topics into engaging, accessible content that resonates with professional audiences.
  • Strong editorial instincts and news judgment—you stay on top of industry conversations and know when and how to participate
  • Experience balancing long-term strategic planning with real-time execution.
  • Comfortable operating as a highly autonomous individual contributor in a fast-moving environment.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
