We are looking for senior level manual testers with one designated as the lead tester who will communicate with managers and ensure the other testers have what they need to be highly productive. The Team Lead expected onsite minimum of 3 days per week. Focus area will be on Connected Medicine space.

Responsibilities:

• Work will include exploratory as well as scripted testing, working with subject matter experts and product owners for guidance
• Need to provide quick feedback to ensure rapid escalation and updating to avoid delays to deployment timeline
• Understanding of pharma terminology will be very beneficial to ensure communication is quick and well understood
• Develop and execute test cases and scripts based on business and system requirements and design documentation
• Identify, record, and track defects to resolution
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, and stress testing as needed
• Document and communicate test results and provide feedback to IT Team and business stakeholders as needed 

Qualifications:

• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently while resourcefully seeking answers and removing obstacles
• Remains accountable and consistently meets deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and be detail oriented
• Ability to creatively solve problems and display strong critical thinking skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment preferred
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
• Operates with a sense of urgency and uses sound judgement to escalate issues or develops options to work around roadblocks vs. waiting for direction
• Candidate needs to have very strong interpersonal skills. They need to be energetic, upbeat, a good listener, confident, approachable and flexible.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Pharma experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of testing experience
