SUMMARY:  

Seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to strengthen our case-centric process mining and automation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong professional who thrives on building robust data solutions and enabling actionable insights across end-to-end business processes. 

 PRIMARY DUTIES:  

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to support process mining and automation. 
• Develop and maintain Celonis data models for case-centric process analysis. 
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate process insights into actionable improvements. 
• Implement SQL-based data transformations and Python scripts for automation and data enrichment. 
• Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance across all Celonis-related workflows. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Celonis capabilities for process optimization. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION: 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related  

EXPERIENCE: 

• 5-7 years of data engineering experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Celonis 

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis (Process Mining and Execution Management). 
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming for complex queries and data transformations. 
• Solid experience with Python scripting for automation and integration tasks. 
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and optimize data flows. 
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business process improvement. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote or hybrid environments. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks. 
• Familiarity with process automation technologies. 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data engineering. 
• Understanding of business process management and KPIs.
