About the Role

As a Go-to-Market Manager at NewsBreak, you will play a pivotal role in steering the growth and evolution of NewsBreak Ads. With a focus on innovative approaches and a growth-driven mindset, you will spearhead Monetization Team partnerships that enhance brand awareness and user experience while growing existing revenue channels and building new ones. In your day-to-day you will collaborate cross-functionally within the Monetization Team leading initiatives ranging from establishing a partnership ecosystem within Ad Manager to testing new programmatic growth channels. This is a unique position within the Monetization Team, working alongside product, engineering, sales and marketing identifying growth opportunities across core business lines, coming with great professional development opportunities  once projects reach success and maturity.

Responsibilities

  • With a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, both performance and programmatic, you will be responsible to ideate, test, and scale go-to-market strategies for new revenue driving opportunities 
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive adoption of innovative ad products, enhancing the customer journey, advertiser engagement, and revenue
  • Identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and establish collaborations that amplify platform capabilities and extend market reach
  • Develop and execute strategies leveraging partnership ecosystem to recruit and onboard strategic advertising partners at scale
  • Identify and lead brand awareness opportunities, such as co-hosted partnership events and conference speaking engagements
  • Quantify the impact from the supported partnerships and events ensuring positive ROI
  • Pioneer the partnerships tab in NewsBreak Ad Manager connecting advertisers with tooling and affiliate networks
  • Partner closely with internal product and engineering teams providing insightful feedback to influence our product vision and roadmap

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in business development within the performance and programmatic advertising industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Drive and Resilience: Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, global organization. Willingness to step out of the comfort zone and go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Leadership Experience in leading teams and projects in a cross-functional environment from 0-1.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options. Annual Base Pay Range

$120,000 - $210,000 USD
