About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our dynamic Ads team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually striking and compelling ad designs that drive engagement and conversions. You will work closely with the Ads team to conceptualize, execute, and iterate on ad creatives across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative ad designs, including static, animated, and interactive formats, that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Translate creative briefs and client requirements into cohesive and visually appealing ad designs.
- Collaborate with the Ads team to ideate and conceptualize new ad concepts and design approaches.
- Assist in the production and optimization of ad assets, ensuring they meet technical specifications and platform requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital advertising landscape.
- Contribute to the team's design knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B product design, with a focus on digital advertising or marketing.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with interactive design tools and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Figma, Canva).
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition.
- Ability to translate creative concepts and requirements into visually compelling ad designs.
- Understanding of digital advertising formats, specifications, and best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying informed about industry trends and continually expanding design knowledge.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative problem-solving abilities.

Annual Base Pay Range
$105,000 - $140,000 USD
