About Oxygeon.ai

Oxygeon.ai is a fast-growing, AI-first technology company at the cutting edge of video content creation. We are building the next generation of tools that transform long-form videos into engaging, viral-ready short clips, complete with AI-generated captions, intelligent reframing, and dynamic commentary. Our mission is to empower content creators globally by automating the most time-consuming and complex aspects of video production, making high-quality content accessible to everyone.

We are a small, highly technical team that values innovation, speed, and clean code. If you are passionate about the creator economy, AI-driven products, and defining the future of video content, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for our suite of AI video tools. You will be the voice of the customer, bridging the gap between content creator needs, cutting-edge AI research, and engineering execution. This role is central to our success, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, deep user empathy, and technical fluency in the AI/ML space.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for one or more core AI video features (e.g., Long to Shorts, AI Commentary, or new monetization features).
  • User Discovery: Conduct continuous user research, interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand the pain points and workflows of content creators, social media managers, and video editors.
  • Execution & Delivery: Translate product strategy into clear, concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the Full Stack and AI Engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
  • AI Feature Definition: Collaborate with the AI/ML team to define the input, output, and success metrics for new AI models, ensuring they solve real user problems and are production-ready.
  • Performance Analysis: Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics (e.g., usage, retention, conversion, and feature adoption) to inform iterative product improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market plans, including defining pricing and packaging for new features.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS company focused on creator tools, video technology, or AI/ML.
  • AI/ML Fluency: Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML engineering teams to define and launch features powered by machine learning models. You must be comfortable discussing model limitations, data requirements, and MLOps principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use data (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and user problems to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern web and cloud technologies (e.g., React, Python, APIs, AWS/GCP) sufficient to engage in technical discussions with engineers.

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience in the creator economy or with video editing/production workflows.
  • Experience defining pricing and monetization strategies for SaaS products.
  • A background in computer science, data science, or a related technical field.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
