The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Publishing Coordinator to support our game publishing initiatives and partner relationships. This role offers opportunities to work on major game releases with renowned IPs and Nex Originals, engage with diverse teams, and build valuable experience in the tech industry.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Project Management: Assist in managing the publishing project schedule and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Coordination with IP Partners: Oversee and coordinate asset submissions to IP partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external production agencies to coordinate game launches and update rollouts.
  • Reporting: Help compile launch reports to stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities 

  • Content Management: Assist with PlayOS Launcher CMS merchandising.
  • Content Production: Assist coordinating with external agencies, freelancers on creative production, or minor visual updates needed for game release
  • Partner Outreach: Conduct outreach and research on creators, with guidance and support from the team.

Required Qualifications 

  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as design, creative, product, and engineering.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Candidates must have flexible availability to accommodate Hong Kong or US Pacific hours, depending on location. Flexibility is essential and meeting times will be arranged collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing any of the following: creative production, social media, influencer/creator programs, or public relations (PR) initiatives.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, preferably reported to C-level executives in a startup environment or Team Lead in corporate settings.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Figma and Photoshop, or a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Gaming industry knowledge and passion
