The Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to help bring our product ideas to life within a fast-moving game cell focused on gamifying fitness and developing healthy habits for the whole family. You'll work closely with designers and engineers to prototype, iterate, and refine our product from concept to production.

This role is for someone who thrives in a rapid development environment, learns quickly, and brings in the right tools and technologies to build high-quality experiences. You should be excited about the challenge of making exercise engaging through game systems like progression, rewards, and live-ops while integrating with a motion-based platform.

You’ll be product and user minded, confident in sharing your perspective to shape the best possible experience for our growing community. If you love building polished, interactive experiences from the ground up, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Prototype, iterate, and refine game mechanics and interactions in Unity, collaborating with designers and engineers.
  • Integrate motion-based technology to create engaging fitness experiences.
  • Develop progression systems, live-ops features, and other gameplay elements that enhance motivation and engagement.
  • Optimize and polish user experiences to ensure smooth, production-quality gameplay.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development speed and product quality.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, product teams, and other engineers to deliver a seamless experience.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of game development or interactive software engineering experience.
  • Experience building user-facing products from scratch and shipping high-quality experiences.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably with Unity (C#) or similar game engines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies into development pipelines.
  • Understanding of game design principles—especially progression systems, engagement loops, and live-ops.
  • A product-minded approach—you think about the user experience, not just the code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion tracking, fitness apps, or at-home fitness solutions.

If you're passionate about blending gaming and fitness to build experiences that make healthy habits fun, we’d love to hear from you!

We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
  • Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
  • Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field
