International Manager, Global Brand & Consumer Marketing

Reporting to the Director of Global Brand and Consumer Marketing, the NFL is seeking an International Manager to help lead and execute the extension of marketing programs to key international markets including the United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Germany, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Spain.

The successful candidate is a strong communicator, works well under pressure, adapts easily to shifting needs, and is well organized and detail oriented. In addition – the candidate should have previous experience across media (consumption), brand, and event (ticketing/attendance) marketing work.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Stewardship: collaborate with local international markets to ensure marketing plans and strategies align with global brand vision and priorities
  • Help cultivate and manage relationship with key int’l broadcast partners, including but not limited to Sky Sports, RDL, ESPN Mexico, the World Feed, and DAZN
  • Work directly with local international markets and their strategy teams on the prioritization of global campaigns and help with inventory alignment and plans across various markets
  • Lead trafficking of global assets to key int’l markets for their customization and use
  • Help coordinate budget for Global Brand campaigns that will be utilized internationally
  • Help establish a more efficient process for domestic owned platforms to better help support, amplify, and elevate key international-led campaigns
  • As needed, verbally brief in marketing briefs to local international markets
  • Analyze multiple data sources and insights and identify opportunities to better implement marketing campaigns across key international markets  
  • Deliver thought-leadership, bring new ideas around all areas of work to help deliver and hit campaign goals.
  • The position requires a superior attention to detail, strong project and program management skills and the ability to oversee time sensitive deliverables. 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years brand, event, and consumption-based marketing experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (Oral and Written).  Comfortable conversing and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proactive, resourceful, self-starter.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize, and execute.
  • BA/BS from top undergraduate university

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range. 

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week
  • FLSA exempt

Travel:

  • Possible travel to NFL tentpole events (10% of time)

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
