Seasonal Product Design Coordinator
The NFL is seeking a Seasonal Product Designer to join our Product team. This role is perfect for a passionate and detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to one of the most iconic brands in sports.
As a Junior Designer, you will support the creation and delivery of digital assets across the NFL’s product portfolio. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Design, Marketing, Creative, and Product Management—to craft thoughtful, high-quality visuals that enhance the fan experience across all platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the look and feel of NFL digital products, from concept to execution, throughout the 2025 season.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing and delivering assets for various projects and platforms. This role involves collaborating with senior designers and other team members to produce high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Responsibilities often include creating graphics, mockups, and prototypes, as well as managing and organizing design files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Design and Delivery: Assisting with asset creation across our product portfolio including NFL Connected TV, NFL Mobile App, and NFL.com, NFL Fantasy and more.
- Artwork for marketing, content, games, events, etc
- User Interface assets like icons or illustrations
- Processing Image cutouts
- UI Mockups with assets for review
- Mockups and artwork for Presentations
- App Store Assets
- and more…
- Some examples of assets you will create
- Follow Design Guidelines: Ensure all the design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and style guides.
- Collaborating with teams: Work with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Developing design concepts: Contributing to the ideation and development of design solutions.
- Managing digital assets: Organizing and maintaining design files and assets
- Meeting deadlines: Managing multiple projects and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- High Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), understanding of photo editing, cutouts and manipulation as well as editing PSD/AI assets that are provided.
- High Proficiency in Figma: All of our product experiences are designed and managed in Figma and this will be the primary space we will be designing, collaborating, reviewing and delivering work from for not just designers but also our entire Product Team including Product Managers, Engineers, Project Managers and Marketing Team.
- Strong Portfolio of work showing excellent design.
- Understanding and Experience with Design Systems as you will be frequently designing within the constraints of our components and screens on different platforms.
- Understanding of web/app asset delivery requirements like file formats, file sizes, image ratios, saving for multiple devices and device breakpoints.
- Some understanding of Accessibility guidelines to ensure our assets pass accessibility rules
- A strong understanding of design principles and visual elements and art direction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual design.
- May require experience with AI tools for creative purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Design, UX or Human-Computer Interaction
- 1-2 years of experience working in with a Product teams, Marketing agencies or Digital Media organizations with relevant experience assisting in the design and delivery of design assets.

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$30 - $35 USD
At the NFL, in-person work at our offices is a top priority because it allows us to collaborate more effectively, build stronger connections, and maintain the culture that drives our success. This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
