Seasonal Integrated Sales Coordinator

The NFL is seeking a Seasonal Integrated Sponsorship Coordinator to support media sales operations, including media-based sponsorships and sales development initiatives across NFL Media properties. This is a contract position (up to 7 months) and will support the execution of media sponsorships throughout the NFL Season.

Essential Functions:

  • Support and submit graphics requests for sponsored content shows and features within the NFL FAST channel and NFL Network programming.
  • Maintain a record of sponsored links, clip segments from NFL Network programming, and deliver clips to sales as part of account reporting requirements.
  • Maintain a database of sponsored product and content platform opportunities, which includes the status of working and sold business, start/end dates, and execution details for varying platforms.
  • Facilitate the creative development processes related to sales comps and materials for client pitches, recap decks, upfront presentations, etc.
  • Support the implementation of custom client creative for digital home page takeovers and Instagram Gameday stories; validate and test campaigns before going live when possible
  • Work cross-functionally with NFL Media colleagues and support the Integrated Sales and Monetization team using established processes to execute multi-platform sales deals
  • Collaborate and communicate frequently with the NFL Content producers to ensure that the content programming calendar is fulfilling obligations related to sponsored material/platforms
  • Work closely with NFL Network, digital, and social media content producers on the execution of sponsored content campaigns.
  • Create and disseminate reporting needs, as requested
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all internal and external issues associated with ad campaigns, etc.
  • Coordinate with the NFL ad serving vendor in the setup, development, and execution of changes related to site advertising footprints across digital, social, and mobile platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3+ years of sponsorship, interactive marketing, digital product development, campaign management, trafficking, or ad operations experience

Other Key Attributes / Characteristics:

  • A proactive thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A problem solver who can make situational assessments and recommend actions to management
  • Deep understanding of and experience in a consumer-facing digital content space
  • General understanding of ad serving technologies, specifically DFP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on KPIs in defined timeframes
  • A sports fan in general, and more specifically, an NFL fan

Travel:

Limited travel; Potential to attend local NFL games

Expected Hours of Work:

  • 40/hrs per week with occasional overtime during peak times of the season
  • up to 7 months based on business needs

 

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

 

Salary

$35 - $40 USD
