Game Operations Associate
This position will provide administrative support to the Game Operations department, with a focus on compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supports the review and editing process of the Game Operations Manual, League Policies for Players, Postseason Manual, and other department manuals
- Supports the Football Operations memo process
- Assists with Integrity of the Game form collection
- Assists in the Game Day Operations Center during the season
- Assists with Club Education efforts
- Creates and maintains charts of football operations historical summaries – including discipline history and evolution of game operations policies and initiatives
- Maintains compliance tracking throughout the season
- Supports the disciplinary and appeals processes, including scheduling appeal hearings
- Creates charts and summaries to support compliance efforts
- Assists Game Operations and Compliance with drafting unit process guides
- Assists with communication and follow-up with vendors and club contacts
- Creates and maintains tracking documents for various Game Operations issues, approvals, and initiatives
- Creates agendas and presentations, and assists with note-taking for various meetings
- Participates in Football Operations game and event duties as assigned by the department, including travel to NFL games (preseason, regular season, and postseason, International Series, Pro Bowl, and Super Bowl), NFL combines and other development programs, college All-Star games, NFL Draft, and in-season and offseason meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 Years in administration, communications, or operations at the collegiate and/or professional sports level
- Strong communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently, even in high-pressure environments
- Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary
- Very strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary / Pay Range

Salary
$26 - $26 USD
