Part-Time Coordinator, Real-Time Systems

The Part-Time Coordinator, Real-Time Systems provides operational support for digital graphics workflows that support FAST channels, NFL+, RedZone, and other NFL Media productions. This role assists with the preparation, monitoring, quality control, and execution of real-time graphics, ticker content, and Viz-based workflows while supporting day-to-day RTS operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, validation, and execution of graphics workflows supporting digital media productions, FAST channels, NFL+, and RedZone programming.
  • Review and validate ticker content, L-Bar playlists, sponsorship elements, and graphics content to help ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Support the setup, testing, and quality control of Viz graphics, templates, page generation tools, and associated production assets.
  • Monitor graphics systems, applications, and data feeds before and during productions and escalate issues to senior RTS staff when needed.
  • Work with production, graphics, engineering, and operations teams to facilitate workflow readiness and execution for scheduled productions and special events.
  • Update operational documentation, tracking sheets, system inventories, and event support records to support RTS operational readiness.
  • Support testing, rehearsal, and setup activities for major NFL events and digital productions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in media operations, digital production, broadcast operations, graphics support, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of digital production environments and live content workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and production documentation.
  • Ability to learn technical production and graphics systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Travel

  • No travel or minimal travel expected, which would potentially include support for special events or remote productions.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • Part-time position working fewer than 29 hours per week. 
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on production needs.
  • Additional hours may be available during peak production periods.
  • This position is anticipated to last up to six months based on business needs. 

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range. 

Salary

$26 - $30 USD
