Northmarq is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and service-driven individual to join our Minneapolis office as a Debt + Equity Operations Analyst Partner.  In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our nationwide Debt + Equity (D+E) platform through data management, process optimization, and general operations support. You'll maintain data integrity in Salesforce, assist with system enhancements, deliver training resources, and generate insights to support business performance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization operating in over 35 markets nationwide.  Additional responsibilities may be added to align with evolving D+E strategies and operational priorities as company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure D+E Data Accuracy

  • Maintain and update business records in Salesforce (e.g., clients, lenders, properties, contacts, and reports)
  • Conduct regular data quality audits to identify inefficiencies and training needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Communicate insights and recommend improvements to the D+E Operations leadership team

 Support Tech-Enabled Operations

  • Assist with Salesforce testing and enhancement rollouts
  • Track and manage Salesforce-related requests across the platform
  • Triage user inquiries related to Salesforce and data integrity
  • Help manage and maintain content on the internal D+E intranet

 Train and Equip the Team

  • Develop and update Salesforce training materials in partnership with D+E Operations, IT, and Sales Data Management
  • Support training sessions on new Salesforce features and best practices
  • Create resources to address data quality issues and user gaps

 Deliver Data-Driven Insights

  • Analyze business data to uncover trends and areas of opportunity
  • Monitor technology adoption and success metrics across D+E
  • Track progress toward strategic goals and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
  • 1–2 years of professional office experience (internships included); commercial real estate experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Commitment to providing high-quality internal customer service
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
