About the team

The Device Management Product is a crucial in standardizing processes and technology platforms by implementing precise solutions for IT asset management, is responsible for developing strategies and planning investments for assets, acquisitions, and efficient operations.

Our commitment is to ensure the complete lifecycle of end-user devices. We achieve this by applying operating system updates, managing vulnerabilities and offering customized configurations. We conduct installations aimed at resolving issues, introducing new features, and enhancing the reliability and security of these devices, while always focusing on optimizing the user experience.

Our goal is to implement asset management that prioritizes smarter investments, promotes cost savings, and enhances operational efficiency through global standardization and best practices, with a focus on innovation and technological excellence.

You will be responsible for

We are seeking a Senior infrastructure Engineer who can provide significant value to our team through technical leadership, autonomy, and an analytical and strategic vision in solving complex problems, this person should possess robust technical skills, exceptional communication ability, and mentoring skills to guide junior analysts within the team.

 

We are looking for a person who

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management tools, and continuous integration methods (e.g., Logging, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Pipelines, or others).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Telegraf, Grafana, Prometheus, ETL, Zabbix, or others).
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Shell Script, Python, Java, .NET, or other languages).
  • Experience with scripting, automation, and APIs (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, or other languages).
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and solving technical issues.
  • Proficiency in documenting problems and solutions.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud environments (e.g., Lambda, Workspaces, Virtual Machines, RDS, CloudWatch, and others).
  • Experience with operating systems such as macOS, Linux, and Windows.
  • Experience with databases (e.g., MariaDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, or others).
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Product Functionality:

  • Device Management: (setup e deployment)
  • Solid experience with MDM solutions, Apple Admin, and Linux Admin (e.g., Jamf, MDM, MDS, Apple Business, Rudder, or others).
  • Configure and manage security policies for devices.
  • Deploy and manage applications on devices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot device-related issues.
  • Implement solutions for protecting devices and applications against vulnerabilities.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for mobile and desktop device-related issues.
  • Ensure device version updates.
  • Facilitate peer programming and knowledge transfer to peers and operations teams.
  • Stay updated on best practices for security and device management.
  • Consult and stay aligned with the product team regarding new tasks and requirements for device management.
  • Knowledge of Apple ADE (Automated Device Enrollment).
