People and Culture at Nubank

Our team works on identifying, attracting, reaching out, assessing, engaging, nurturing and hiring top-notch talent that can strengthen Nubank´s culture.

We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven Tech Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Based remotely in the U.S., you’ll play a critical role in helping us scale our engineering and product teams, identifying top-tier talent, and shaping an inclusive candidate experience across borders.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to drive full-cycle recruitment strategies and bring in exceptional talent that shares our mission and values.

We are a process-light organization that values human interactions. We value working in small, independent teams that feel like small startups within the company, and eschew coupling and centralizing where realistic. We understand that execution is the key to success and optimize processes to remove bottlenecks.

As a Tech Recruiter, you’re expected to:

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (engineering, product, alalytics) across North America and/or LATAM.
  • Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and advising on best hiring practices.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through creative channels and market research.
  • Deliver high-touch candidate experiences that reflect Nubank’s values of transparency, empathy, and simplicity.
  • Use data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and continuously improve pipeline health and process efficiency.
  • Partner with employer branding, people analytics, and HR teams to align hiring efforts with business goals.
  • Contribute to diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 4–7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in fast-paced, product-driven companies.
  • A strong understanding of the tech talent landscape, especially in the US and LATAM.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
  • Passion for candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and employer brand.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Previous exposure to fintech or hypergrowth environments.

Why Nubank?

  • Purpose-driven work that impacts millions of people.
  • Collaborative and inclusive remote culture.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Learning and development support to grow your career.
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of financial services.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
