About the role

  • Lead the charge in building and delivering groundbreaking financial products that impact millions of customers.

You'll be responsible for

  • Lead the RegEx Squad: Direct all processes and drive product registration improvements within your team.
  • Be a Squad Leader: Align, motivate, and empower a multi-disciplinary team, including Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Product.
  • Manage Critical Stakeholders: Coordinate and collaborate effectively with key groups like AML, fraud, KYC, and platform teams.
  • Own the Roadmap: Define, plan, and execute the team's strategic roadmap to ensure goal achievement and project delivery.
  • Provide Technical Vision: Offer product and technical leadership, including expertise in architecture and development best practices.
  • Innovate Processes: Interact with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and implement innovative solutions.
  • Build High-Performance Culture: Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment while actively supporting the growth of engineers, designers, and BAs.


We are looking for a person who has

  • Experience in Product Management and leading technical squads as well as a proven track record of great Product Execution
  • Technical experience with registration/ contracting flows or growth functions 
  • Proven ability to understand system architecture - you will not be expected to build this but will be required to understand it as a non-negotiable to operate within your problem space
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
  • Conceptual understanding of KYC, AML, and fraud processes (deep expertise not required, but conceptual knowledge is essential).
  • Capacity to lead cross-functional teams, defining and driving product and project roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to facilitate coordination among various teams.
  • Fluent English language skills - you will use it every day!
