Summary Of Position:

The Partnerships Manager will assist the VP of Strategic Partnerships in identifying, securing, and executing strategic partnerships for NVE’s diverse portfolio of clients. This role is integral to the Strategy & Communications Group, responsible for managing partner relationships and ensuring seamless execution of partnership deliverables. The ideal candidate is a charismatic, highly organized, and analytical individual with a passion for strategic marketing, a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, and an exceptional ability to keep complex projects and conversations on track.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Approach: Build and/or refine a strategic approach for each client based on objectives, brand/product, target demographic, scope, and more
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify potential partners that align with client goals and brand opportunities. Analyze market trends, partner entitlements, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Outreach & Relationship Management: Initiate and manage conversations with potential partners, fostering strong relationships that align with client and agency goals. Maintain regular communication to nurture ongoing partnerships.
  • Entitlement Analysis & Negotiation Support: Evaluate partnership entitlements to ensure they meet client objectives. Assist the VP in negotiating agreements that provide mutual value for clients and partners.
  • Project Management: Oversee partnership projects from ideation to execution, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for each project. Maintain organized records, including partner agreements, project timelines, and performance metrics. Implement and optimize organizational tools and systems to ensure efficient partnership management.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and account teams to integrate partnerships into larger campaigns. Act as a central point of contact for partnership-related deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly charismatic and persuasive; a natural salesperson with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Experience in a creative or agency environment preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment (Los Angeles or New York hub preferred).

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation: [$70,000.00 - $90,000.00]

NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities.There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
