Senior Partnerships Manager

Summary of Position:
The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a lead role in developing and executing innovative brand partnership strategies across entertainment, lifestyle, influencer, and media verticals. This role requires someone who can confidently lead client calls, think strategically, manage timelines, and bring creative ideas to life—independently and collaboratively.
This is a client-facing, executionally agile, and culturally attuned role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment. You’re expected to be a proactive operator who brings clarity, creativity, and strategic foresight to everything you touch.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Communication
- Lead day-to-day client communications with professionalism and cultural fluency
- Represent NVE and our clients in conversations with partners, talent, and media platforms
- Translate client goals into clear partnership strategies and activations
- Provide strategic recommendations grounded in cultural awareness, business needs, and earned media potential
Partnership Development & Management
- Source, vet, and secure third-party partners for campaign activations
- Own external partner negotiations, tracking deliverables, timelines, and brand approvals
- Develop strategic presentations and scopes of work for client review
Project Leadership
- Manage internal and external workflows to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
- Maintain accountability for timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active campaigns
- Ensure all partnership work aligns with client goals and NVE’s creative standards
Content & Reporting
- Oversee content creation as it relates to influencer and partner deliverables
- Support the creation of post-campaign reporting, case studies, and performance analysis
- Track KPIs and ROI tied to strategic partnership work
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience in partnerships, brand marketing, entertainment, influencer, or event strategy
- Proven ability to lead external-facing meetings and drive forward recommendations
- Ability to operate independently with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Highly attuned to trends in culture, media, and entertainment
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Passion for storytelling, brand building, and cultural integration

Location:
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is based in Los Angeles, CA. However, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation:
This is an exempt role with a salary range of $90-$100k. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
