Product Marketing joins forces with Value Engineering forming a high-impact team in the marketing organization. This growing team focuses on differentiated, simplified messaging and engagements that simplify the complexities of SaaS security. Concise and accurate value articulation shrinks decision time and improves buyer confidence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Platform Product Marketing Manager with deep technical expertise in Identity security solutions such as IAM, IGA, PAM and other Identity Threat Detection and Response solutions (ITDR). In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge to craft and deliver compelling product messaging and stories that effectively communicate the value of our platform to both technical and business audiences. You will play a critical role in shaping how our identity security solutions are positioned and communicated across the market, ensuring they resonate with customers and prospects.

This is a hands-on role requiring experience in customer-facing situations, the ability to articulate complex technical concepts, and a passion for creating impactful messaging that drives engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine the positioning and messaging for our identity security platform, encompassing IAM, PAM, IGA, and other key identity solutions. Ensure that our messaging resonates with both technical and business stakeholders and clearly communicates the unique value of our platform.

Customer-Facing Engagements: Lead technical presentations, workshops, and customer briefings to explain how our identity solutions solve key security challenges. Tailor your messaging to meet the needs of a diverse audience, from technical decision-makers to executive leadership.

Storytelling Across Solutions: Create and deliver a cohesive narrative that ties together the value of our full identity security stack. Ensure that prospects and customers understand how each solution within our platform integrates to solve complex identity-related security challenges.Go-to-Market Strategy Support: Work closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure that our go-to-market strategies highlight the value of our platform across multiple identity security solutions.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis within the IAM, PAM, and IGA landscape. Understand how competitors position their solutions, and ensure that our messaging effectively differentiates our platform in a rapidly evolving market.

Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and industry analysts to continuously refine messaging and ensure alignment with market needs and pain points.

Content Development: Develop technical content (whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, presentations) that communicates the value of our platform’s identity security solutions. This content will support demand generation, sales enablement, and product launches.

About You:

Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in product marketing, with a strong technical background in identity security solutions, including IAM, PAM, IGA, and related identity security technologies.

Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as product marketing, solution engineering, or technical pre-sales, with the ability to engage with both technical and business decision-makers.

Technical Depth: Deep understanding of the identity security landscape, including knowledge of IAM, PAM, IGA, and how these solutions integrate to provide a holistic security platform. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.Understanding of Cybersecurity Tech Architectures: Ability to create and place our technologies across

Storytelling & Messaging: Strong ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling product stories that articulate the value of a complex platform to a variety of audiences.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging and ensure that product positioning reflects the needs of both the market and our internal teams.

Competitive Analysis: Experience conducting competitive analysis within the IAM, PAM, and IGA space to position our solutions effectively and identify gaps in the market.

Content Creation: Skilled at creating high-quality, technically accurate content that supports thought leadership and sales enablement efforts, including product documentation, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively.

Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and adapting quickly to changing business priorities.

Pay Transparancy

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.

Base Salary Range

$164,000 - $214,000 USD
